Podium Body Works: The Place That Saves Cars and Marriages Podium Body Works has already done fantastic work on two of my cars — including my wife’s Lexus SUV — so they’ve earned my trust. But this last visit? This was elite‑level, marriage‑preserving craftsmanship. While camping, I introduced my wife’s SUV to a stump that was apparently wearing the cloak of invisibility. I thought it was just a little paint missing. Nope. Turns out after closer inspection in the shop I’d snapped the clips holding the bumper on. Basically, the bumper was hanging on by prayer and optimism. I called Matt in full “please save me” mode. He didn’t blink. “Bring it right over,” he said, like a man who has heard every version of “my wife can’t find out.” He took one look and said, “No problem,” even after I explained the ticking clock before she noticed her Lexus was suddenly… draftier. Then came the plot twist: instead of charging me for a whole new bumper, they replaced it for the same price as the original paint repair. Same price. New bumper. Zero judgment. Maximum heroics. Matt kept me updated the whole time, finished fast, and the SUV came back looking perfect — like the stump incident never happened and my secret was safe in the Podium vault. I damaged my rear bumper on my 911. Podium took it in quick and repaired the damage, painted it, and added new PPF. I spent 10 minutes staring at it in the sun and I cannot tell it was ever repaired!
